Order Delivery
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Orders will ship approximately 10 working days from receipt
of art approval.
Orders are shipped Federal Express or UPS ground (1-5 business
days for
continental US).
Production Time:
Delivery times are good-faith estimates, and are subject
to confirmation once the order has been placed with the
production factory. All orders are accepted subject to our
standard delivery terms. Lead times shown are approximate,
and generally can be met. These are normally shown as
standard lead times: this is from the receipt of the order
with method of payment, along with the acceptable artwork
and approval of proofs. If for any reason Graffiti Promo
cannot meet the required in hands date, you will be
contacted by a Graffiti Promo sales rep.
We can only guarantee the delivery date when the
merchandise will leave a factory warehouse and cannot be
responsible for carrier, en-route or international custom
delays. Should the items be lost or damaged in transit when
using third party billing, GraffitPromo.com is not
responsible for damages incurred to the shipment. All claims
or charges must be filed by you with your freight carrier.
