For freight other than Ground, please provide your company’s
shipping account number and preferred method or we will bill
for shipping. You will be contacted by a Graffiti Promo rep
for an estimate.
Orders are shipped FOB from the manufacture. Graffiti Promo
ships from multiple facilities throughout the US. If you have
ordered multiple items, they may ship from different facilities
and as a result may arrive to you at different times and in
separate shipments. Most orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS
unless otherwise requested. For items that are too large or
too heavy (ex. bottled water/mugs), we will ship via a trucking
line and you will be notified: shipping charges will apply.
In some cases we will require a loading dock address.
Orders that do not indicate shipping instructions will be
shipped at the most economical method to meet the in hands date
as per your order.
We ship via UPS, FED EX, DHL, USPS and a variety of truck
lines, each chosen to make sure we meet your date and save you
money on freight!
We are able to deliver to most locations in the United States;
however, due to FedEx, UPS and carrier restrictions, we cannot
deliver to PO boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.
