Overview:
Having the right artwork makes all the difference in how your
promotional product will turn out. The highest quality, sharpest
artwork will make the best imprint on a product. Since there are
many different types of products and processes used to decorate
them, there are also different methods of acceptable artwork formats.
For Logo's/Artwork/Text: We require Camera Ready Art. Logos'
should be sent in eps or ai (Adobe Illustrator) format, saved as
a vector-based file.
If this is not available, send us what you have and we can get
the file converted for you for $25.00 per logo.

2. What is camera-ready art?
Camera-ready artwork is any drawing, photos, illustration or
lettering suitable for photographic reproduction. Its artwork that's
ready for the camera that captures the dots and density of your
artwork and then translates it into a screen, mold or laser template,
or whatever the imprinting method being used. No matter what color
you'd like your imprint to be, the type, artwork and graphics should
be a very high resolution flat, sharp, black-and-white (B&W) line-art.
Line art needs to be 600 DPI at a minimum. Screen halftones are
not suitable. For multi-colored imprints color separated art with
registration marks is required.

7. What about fonts?
If a specific font is used in your artwork, please email the
actual font to [email protected]
If you are submitting an .EPS or .AI file please outline all
the fonts before sending artwork. In some cases we will have to
recreate your artwork, and use an alternate font that matches as
close to as possible to your logo if we don’t have that style. We
do have numerous fonts available. Standards are: Ariel, Times New
Roman, Veranda and Tahoma. We will present the best option that
looks as close to as possible for you.

8. How many lines and characters can I imprint?
There is a maximum of 3 lines per location; however, since space
varies by item and messaging, each item indicates the size of the
imprinting area. A maximum of 25 characters per line (including
spaces) is usually recommended.
